I think there’s a damn good chance you could also prove that the SeC has been paying media and influencers to push this narrative that was clearly false on some ways.
It had all if the hallmarks of consistent language and coordinated attacks.
Imagine a conference waging a dishonest PR war against a member school. I’d imagine that would be a breach of its bylaws and would open the door for a suit.

LSU already has plenty to file a damages suit against the SEC....and win. There has been clear brand damage. Also, it was coordinated/colluded, so more suits. That's why I was halfway hoping they expelled us then we could burn the entire thing down with discovery.
