Ws this supposed to be humorous?

This is going to come off as a dig/negative comment but it's not.
This game showed how good he could be if he was used properly. In 2023, Mason Taylor was more so used as a decoy and blocking tight end who ran the occasional checkdown/option route. That's what we needed him to be in 2023.
In 2024, with the lack of quarterback run, we need him to be a vertical threat, and he's shown that he can absolutely be that.

I was surprised that he was a part of the game plan. I think 2024 we will see alot more TE usage

His lack of use/production was one of my only gripes about our offense this past year.

He will be sitting in the front row of the Nuss Bus

I've been beating this drum for the entire year. Mason basically ran 3 yard drags the entire season and was hurt. Of course he's not going to slip tackles trying to turn a bigger body up field with decent coverage.

I get what you mean. Dude was destined to get left out with how good the JD5/Nabors/BT Connections were.

His game fits better with Nuss.
Jayden didn’t really need the check down often. He just took off

He needs to learn RAC. He falls downs every time he catches the ball!

I'd never really noticed that until reading it on TD a few weeks ago. I watched the game today w/ that in mind. On some of the catches he got good YAC, but on others he did seem to go down easier than expected given his size and strength. Nevertheless, I'm expecting him to be a vital part of the offense next year.
