Have spent their entire show so far talking about this Jayden Daniels thing. They drift off but keep coming back to it. So far not a single mention of Skip Bertman. Says a lot about ESPN / SEC Media

Marty & McGee are by far the most affected by Lane coming to LSU… they come off as spurned angry exes. Very strange behavior.

I’ve been a fan of Marty for years. He’s great at NASCAR coverage and has always been.

I saw a recent interview they did with Kiffin. It was a good conversation. I didn't pick up anything negative.

The recent “Talking Season 1” was their recent interview that they did at SEC media days. It was a full half-hour and wasn’t the slightest bit negative or derogatory.
It actually answered a lot of questions that I was curious about.

Ratings drive all. More people will watch JD drama. I love college baseball and Skip, but in 2026, Daniels is a household name and Skip is not.
Also, hoping ESPN heaps praise upon Skip is weird validation to seek.

I don't watch much M&M but I agree the JD drama deserves most of the attention on a show like theirs.
I taped the Feinbaum show Friday to see how they recognized Coach Bertman and found it VERY respectful. They led the show with it and an interview with Ben McDonald. Several calls about it and then an interview with Rabalais at the top of the 3rd hour.
I thought PF spent an appropriate time honoring and remembering our coach.

Dude your reading too much into my statement. It is just odd that the day after the greatest college baseball coach who coached his entire career at a SEC school is not mentioned once on a SEC talk show that is 2 hours long.
