Its clicking for him now and its scary. LSU should throw the vault at him.
Hopefully we have more depth in the front 7 next year and weeks isnt injured or it will be a shoot out.

You must make Nanning beat you with his Arm. We have not shown the ability to shut down running qbs. Lots of work needs to be done between now and then. Better players and better coaching is needed.

Lane will help Blake in that department. The defense will be playing a lot better next year.

Archie Manning would intentionally break both of his grandsons legs in order to prevent him from going to LSU.
What I’m trying to say is a Manning to LSU will never happen as long as Archie and the wife are still alive. And it just got that much harder now that Lane left Archie’s playoff Rebels at the alter to come to LSU lol.

And you make this assessment off of him playing against Michigan and they do nothing bowl with a lot of the starters having opted out?
Bowl performances mean absolutely nothing in today’s day and age

He’s never coming, but he is really good. More design run plays for him next year is gonna be hard to defend.

No Manning will EVER play for LSU. You must understand that’s a deeply rooted “hate LSU” family. That sentiment goes way back to LSU busting the elder Manning’s arse in Tiger Stadium while sporting a cast on his left arm.

Agreed, he will be the best QB in the SEC. However, LSU ain’t getting him. Quite honestly, he’d be stupid to leave. He’s got a few years in that system already. Texas will be a preseason top 10 and gunning for the CFP next year.
