There were 10K plus LSU fans in that building Monday night. Those folks care about that game with or without Angel Reese.

As to the press, Angel is a national sports figure now. Her absence from the court draws media attention. As far as I am concerned, KM answered the Angel questions as they should have been answered.

I'm not Glenn, but I take that as a compliment. He's a great guy that 99 percent of you would enjoy having a few cold ones with. I enjoy reading Glenn's articles because he's old school and writes the truth, not just what the fans want to hear.

If you really, really think reporters were there to cover the LSU and Texas Southern game the other night, then I guess you also believe reporters from all over the country are covering Colorado football to see if they can rebound from their one win season from last year!

Yes most of those reporters would have been at the game the other night even if Angel had played and started every game this season. Because you know they actually cover the team and don’t show up for the first time in 3 years.

I hate Glenn, but I side with him here.

First, LSU paraded Reese around this past year like she’s the female Michael Jordan. When shite hits the fan — like it has — don’t get pissy when any journalist is inquisitive about the matter and asks a direct, pointed question. You enjoyed the spotlight and rode high the past year, now, when an “oh shite moment hits”, don’t cower and give some evasive response.

Secondly, it’s an easy question to answer. If she’s apart of the basketball team, as alleged, then why isn’t she traveling with the team, dressing out, playing or even riding the bench? Don’t get an attitude with the journalist because you don’t have your team and/or certain players under control.

ETA: And frick Guilbeau. He’s a douchebag with a personal vendetta against LSU.

I don't know Glenn but I do know someone in my extended family that is one of the kindest and most genuine people I know in my life that had a relationship with GG through his work and his assessment of Glenn does not jibe at all with yours.

"Old school"? He was the same ol' shite stirrer back in his younger days. The one LSU coach he never messed with was Skip & that's because he knew better. There's nothing old school about being negative all the time. That's just shitty & lazy. If you know anything about LSU women's basketball under CKM, and you don't, obviously, the press has always covered her press conferences because they actually go to the games. GG does not : reference the definition of "lazy".
