Noticed that Lyn says "Alex" Box but I thought it was pronounced "Alec" Box. Anyone know the correct pronunciation?

Lyn is my favorite broadcaster - I know that's blasphemy on here but I appreciate his quirky style. He's hilarious with either Ben or Ronnie.

oes anybody else think these two are clowns, they argue like kids, talk more about food than the game, Lyn got more sayings than the bible and so on, granted i find it amusing but these two are some goofballs

I can't stand Rantz. He always has to pull out the lame skip impersonation that only he thinks is any good or funny.

Ugh Rollins and Ben did last night's game, but Rollins and Rantz did Tuesday's game.

McDonald on ESPN is one of the best and most objective out there.

Rantz did more to bring college baseball to television than anyone, he was ahead of the game back in the 90's than some of the networks covering it now. He probably just needs to stick to producing but he always knows more about LSU than anyone so I really appreciate his insight.

Any of y'all actually know Lyn? He's actually really good friends with my uncle, the two go way back. The man loves baseball and knows the game better than most here

Yall realize yall are talking about February midweek baseball games against UNO and Hofstra?

Lyn Rollins and Ronnie Rantz ARE LSU baseball... they can be our announcers as long as they want

There was a reason why his name wasn't put in the pool for Hawthorne's replacement...You should hear his clown-of-a-talk show on Monday's in Alexandria. It's really dumb.

Strikes out 3 and one makes it on base with wild 3rd strikeout pitch, then he strikes out the fourth batter. I'm not watching the game just saying it's possible.

The moronic stupidity never ends as the know nothings take shots at announcers who work for Cox. Both are classy people while losers take pot shots at them. Some of you sports bar hero critics are an embarrassment and make me sick.

I'm happy for you and your family. Just because he loves and knows the game of baseball doesn't mean he's good at calling it. Johnny Jones loves and knows the game of basketball. Doesn't mean he's any good at coaching it.

There are a lot of people, past, present and future, who know the game at baseball who would be horrible play-by-play guys and/or color analysts. Rollins is awful. McDonald and Rantz actually save the broadcasts from being worse.

I really enjoy when McDonald is part of the broadcast crew. I think Rantz is good too. I like hearing war stories about his time playing for Skip. Rollins on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. It was a fantastic setup when GeauxZone had the video with the radio broadcast for the audio. I kind of wish GeauxZone was still around, but it is nice being able to watch everything on WatchESPN, even if Rollins is calling the game.
