Glad you don't deal in hyperboles. I'm pretty sure the players don't wear goal posts or mark the field. Why don't we actually allow the players to have input in the uniforms they wear. Wait, you have more skin in the game than they do so LSU should just run everything by you. As far as the band marching down the hill, once again the BAND should be the primary deciders on that shouldn't they. Wait, let me guess...you claim you play an instrument in the band so you alone should decide that too huh? Once again, join the 21st century.
Let's go to another "tradition" that was tried again and turned out to be a total disaster which 90% of the fans agree with me on BTW. Let's put a tiger in a cage, even if Mike isn't the one. After all, it isn't like the attitude on putting animals in cages they can barely move in hasn't changed in decades.

But football players aren’t usually “litttle” , they’re more likely giants ..??? And if they’re giants and good enough to be on scholarship at a high-profile school like LSU, then… they’re not “broke”, either- they get NIL $$$

I would like to go on record as saying that I don't like anything other than our regular gold/white/gold which I consider the best uniforms in football.

I noticed it. They said they did it last year to honor one of the long ago years, but they didn’t go back to the usual1990s/2000s font this year.

The one I see obsessed with uniforms is you! Why don't you worry more about supporting the team and the players and the current coaching staff and less about being the fashion police. If YOU don't like what is happening to the program, YOU go elsewhere. If it comes down to making the players happy or you happy, I think 99.9% of LSU fans will take the players side. GROW UP!
