The road team doesn't miss a free throw in the second half.... This team needs to work on the basics to make a good run this year. Oh well

Mukey has continued to live in 2005 and ignore the 3 point shooters. We never have them. We have one girl that can make them on this team, and we haven't been a threat from the 3 point line at any point in Mulkey's time here.
We had a once in a lifetime performance in the national title game in making 3 pointers and it won us a title. You would think we would realize that we have to have shooters.

Sad thing is, that was probably the best 4th quarter of our 4 losses. We’re yet to pull out a close game against anyone good, save maybe Texas

Flo got the team back in it then totally killed the game by missing two free throws. Without her, LSU doesn’t get back in the game, but tough finish down the stretch.

Seems like every game I watch LSU misses half their FTs while the other team nails theirs. That's a small sample size, but still seems to be the case.

LSU piss poor shooting and guard play was the difference in the game.
Jada and Fulwiley combined for 2/18 and 4 turnovers. Compared to Johnson and Johnson for SC who went 12/22 for 40 points.
LSU shot just 2/11 from 3 and just 40% overall, plus missed 9 free throws, 7 of which were in the 2nd half.
SC was nearly 50% from 3 and 15/17 from FT.
Mikaylah scored just 2 the entire 2nd half after having a good 1st. Flaujae was scoreless in the 3rd but came around had a good 4th minus the missed free throws. Zakiyah Johnson disappeared and didn’t score in the 2nd half. Koval did nothing all night.

Tremendous crowd but a lot of asses in the seats are there to see the show.
Yeah they were loud but our packed PMAC’s for WBB don’t show the edge and nastiness to really intimidate a visiting team like say, Cameron Indoor.

Just terrible. And PMAC was filled to the brim-- biggest crowd in about 45 years. What a day for LSU sports. Thank heavens for baseball-- even that team didn't look too impressive
