That’s a lot of money that could have been invested in New Orleans

The city has more human capital than any other southern city per capita.

All it needs is funds to work with

That’s a lot of money that definitely has negative effects on college sports and a lot of the same people that praise that pretend to be surprised when college athletes start gambling on any and everything they can while sitting on the toilet.

For a Michigan fan living in SoCal addicted to TD, you sure do love to shite on LSU and this state

Reportedly $40 mill….

Reported by who?
How do we know the numbers are true?

Contracts and payments to NIL are not public info. Fact is, we don’t know what the numbers are. At best you have a “slightly educated” guess. At worst you have some dumbass reporter artificially inflating numbers to create a headline….

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic. If not, you may have posted the dumbest take I've ever seen on TD.

NIL money isn’t tax dollars.

Fine, pay them… but put it in a trust. You can’t touch it until you get your degree (and are no longer enrolled). This protects the individual and also would preserve some team camaraderie. Keeps some resentment and entitlement out of the locker room. And helps insure the unfortunate injuries that could prevent the player from going to the next level. And also flops. Win. Win. Win.

You’re right. On the same token, think of all that A2 NIL money that could be invested in Flint or Detroit.

He knows that.

But he’s probably one of the ones who thinks LSU is using state money for NIL. Like the retarded reporters suing LSU. This poster has been pissed by the latest hires since they happened. He’s not even a Michigan fan. He’s just a retard.

NOLA needs billions to fix that nasty blue mess....in fact, it may not be repairable! They waste $40M/day down there, in fraudulent activity.
That city will NEVER have an intelligent business mind in the mayor chair.

it is a lost cause, IMO.
