Unless Joe Burrows gets hurt we will have the title!
Oh one other way... if the gambling industry pays off a referee who will make a crucial call in the title game! You know it will be true by the media rationalize it after the game.

Pumpa da brakes. It’s week 2. Also, Burrow is not the only guy we can’t afford to lose.

Losers pump brakes, winners know they are going to win! Besides we are stacked in all the positions maybe even in QB! Have faith and start pumping up Joe for Heisman!

I'm with you with being excited but don't jinx us!

Faith has nothing to do with superstitions, in fact, its a heresy! LSU 15-0!

I'm not trying to be a jerk but just slow down a little. I am overjoyed with what I saw as well.
Let's see what happens vs better competition. But if that was what happened in the first game, there's only improvements to follow.
But one game at a time.

Everyone is setting themselves up to be devastated if Bama eviscerates us again.
It was GA Southern. Hold off for a bit on scheduling the NC parade.

I get most fans are Les Miles shell shock! You can't trust what we witnessed in our last game. However we all know our past teams had the best defense, running backs and receivers. Heck, O could name in the past 20 years some great O-Lines as well. Well, regarding a QB LSU had some sporadic ones to say it nicely.
Today we have a second year starter who has a chip on his cocky shoulder to prove he is the best in the country but what makes him better are coaches who know how to formula a scheme that will show the country we are now for REAL!
That doesn't mean we don't need improvements but what championship team didn't throughout their season?
For us I saw #9 forecast his throws especially during the first drive. I was reassured the coaches were helping him when he stopped it. Our OL footing was excellent and all they have to do repeat it from here on out, it doesn't matter who is in front of them as long as they understand their technique works on all players.
Defensively: I was impressed to see our ends cracking down on the QB when they ran an option play. However there were plays where the guy covering the end ran along the QB instead of hitting him early but it didn't hurt us at all! They will fix it! Remember Georgia how we were caught off guard with their options in the second half? Our swarming on defense was second to none!
This is the best chance I have seen where all the talent and the coaching has come together! To see coach Ensminger humbly accept a 28 year old Saints offensive trained kid come in to help is incredibly with the enormous ego's in coaching today. I find it UNBELIEVABLE that he has been so gracious about it! It tells you what he puts first....the team and what character he possesses! To do so in the narcissistic era we are living in makes it more special! To hear the announcers rub it in on TV made me recognize Caoch Ensminger strength and courage! Don't think the players don't see it too!
We have already won!

I decided not to tell the guy that misspelled our QB's name to take it easy...
You do you, man...
