It don't really matter, I'm just telling you that's what people call meth
I live in rural Louisiana where meth is a pretty significant problem. In this area people call meth....meth.

I was at a party talking to him the night of the Vanderbilt game, which he missed due to suspension, and someone asked him to smoke. He thought about it for a second then proceeded to go hot box somebody’s Charger.

frick ESPN for airing it out.
Trey Wingo is a sanctimonious piece of shite
What? Wings was fed that. He doesn’t have intel remembered on all 280+ dudes who will get drafted plus the couple hundred more who could have been. Plus, it’s a relevant story. Not a huge one, and they didn’t treat it like one. Mentioned it and moved on. Now, Shefter or Mort crushed Jacob Eason pretty good.

Coaching staffs typically have zero loyalty to their current employers (or employees!) They are all future NFL head coaches in their mind and will tell a GM anything he wants to know.

When you say dope that implies meth..just say weed
Slang term for Meth is dope. That's all
Dope is a term used to generalize any illegal drug!
BTW, only a douche bag hipster or a pretentious arse hole would care what specific or general term a person uses to identify Marijuana.
THAT IS ALL!

What, the lead stoner?

The narrative was the exact same with Tyrann coming out of college. He realizes now he needed to grow up and Charles will feel the same way.
TM7 was the exception not the rule. Most players with issues in college have issues in the pros. That is why teams stay away from them and some will take them completely off their draft boards.

Dude was suspended. Do you expect the coaches not to be honest about why?
If so they would never be trusted and it would hurt LSUs reputation with getting players in the league. Especially fringe players

You know how you stop a former coach from talking bad about to you NFL decision makers? You don’t give them any reason to talk bad about you to NFL decision makers.

Perfectly reasonable that a statement like this might be made within the context of a much larger assessment. A college can't just say everything positive about a player to NFL teams or they will never believe anything you say and that doesn't help your players in the long run. Take ANY negative remark denuded of all other context and it will sound malicious.
Stop overreacting to a fraction.

Tyrann Mathieu was a leader on the LSU team and was a stoner. A drug kingpin is a leader. A gang LEADER is a leader. They all just use it in bad ways.
There’s places that we may lead and follow in others.
Just like a brick or money isn’t inherently good or bad, neither is leadership. You just assume leader is a good thing. It’s what you do with it. You have a positive connotation to it. And there’s nothing wrong with that. But leadership is if you choose to develop it and accept it, then what you do with that leadership and how you choose to influence those. Lack of leadership just means you don’t or can’t influence anyone.

Well we could have blown out Bama had he decided to let McKinney get in Joe’s lap... if you’re beat with a direct line to the QB just hold.

Let's not forget to mention that CEH's bio father went to prison for 30 years. Why did ESPN need to say that?

It was a sh*tty thing for the “source” to say about Sahdiqq.

You tell your players from day 1, "look, pro coaches, scouts GMs and even opposing coaches if you transfer are going to ask me about you. My character and word are at stake and I take them seriously. If you want me to say good things, do good things".

Orgeron did the best he could. Per Pelissero
“When NFL teams dug into the background on new #Redskins LT Saahdiq Charles, one key person in his corner was LSU coach Ed Orgeron. Ron Rivera called Orgeron this week and obviously liked what he heard. Charles now with a chance to replace Trent Williams in Washington.”

Weed is legal in DC, and Charles is going to be smoking up a storm.

Why are we posting this on the internet? Trying to make a bad look for LSU get more coverage?
