Celebration Monday at Festival Plaza.

The community-wide celebration of the team will be held on Monday, June 2, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport.

City officials say Monday's public celebration will include appearances by players and coaches, remarks from university and city leadership, music, food trucks, and family fun.

59-0 in baseball is one of the most amazing sporting feats I’ve ever heard of

Give them the ESPY now for team of the year.
That is so hard to do in baseball.

Schools that have played in the NAIA World Series include DBU, ECU, Oral Roberts to name a few. None went 59-0.

Did this get any coverage from a major news outlet. I couldn't find it on TV anywhere.

It should, but I don't watch ESPN unless I'm watching a game, so I wouldn't know. No matter the level of play going undefeated is incredible, especially in baseball.

This is insanity. I think it’s really hard to even comprehend how difficult it is to accomplish this feat

This is not something I thought would ever happen

Read they are the first school at any level to accomplish it along with the longest win streak in history…

Whether that is true or not LSU-S deserves a 30 for 30 special
