For the Young whipper snappers, ha, us old farts established most of the traditions in and around LSU. We all enjoy them so, while I'm a traditionalists and love the LSU Gold pants, white jersey's and Gold Helmets, ....
The idea of all whites vs their blackout is a nice touch. I like it!
Also didn't know till I read this thread that the last 2 times we beat them we were in all white. Now my superstition has kicked in so let's Geaux beat their asses in all whites.

Maybe they’ll wear the traditional every game when the fans pack the stadium every game and stay the whole game.

We've worn G/W/G against USC, Nicholls St, South Carolina, and Ole Miss so far this year. We wore our traditional G/P/G against UCLA. That's more than half of our games. Last year, we wore G/W/G in all but 4 of our games. The year prior, we wore them in all but 2 of our games.

1 GWG traditional and absolute perfection
2a WWW extremely clean and good change of pace. Still a top 15 or so uni in college football
2b WPW same as above but I like the all white ever so slightly more
3 GPG decent but look bad when comparing to perfection of GWG
4 GWW why
A true throwback like Saints did last week with old gold could rival GWG. Anyway people who want only GWG are old geezer fudtards. Wearing the same thing every week is like eating an extra large snowball of your favorite flavor. It gets old half way through and even a decent flavor as change of pace taste better and then your favorite tastes better again

Nobody wears the same clothes all the time either. A change of pace, with anything, is good and keeps things fresh.

While I concur I don't have an issue with the White helmets as long as it's a game or two. I think it helps with recruiting the younger kids like it idk.
