LSU Section at UT Game

I know this has been asked before, sorry! Considering buying and making the trip from Houston. Definitely want to be in LSU territory even if its in the end zone upper deck.

No idea, but I am in the upperdeck and kind of hope to be in a UT section. Melt will be fantastic.

Trust me there will be plenty of purple and gold in that stadium. UT fans as is their nature will be completely underestimating us and will have serious red arse pretty much all Saturday with the wrath we bring down on them. I'm sure they'll be shocked we don't all roll over and bow to the alter that is Texas Football

The LSU section will be 3000 seats in the upper deck of a stadium that seats 100,119. It's a drop in the bucket and will be almost entirely comprised of the band, students, and coaches/player family.I wouldn't even worry about trying to buy tickets in that section. As another poster has already said, there will be plenty of p&g around the stadium.

Unless you are a UT season ticket holder, or are very good friends with one, you purchased way too early and paid way too much.
ETA: I don't mean to poo-poo on your tickets. It's awesome you're already in. I'm still kind of bitter about this whole 3,000 seats thing. Hopefully I'll be in the stadium with you!

We will see. Paid close to $150 less per ticket than what that section is currently going for. In the end I'm not really worried about it. Just ready to watch them kick some UT arse.
