Ree, you spouted all off season about how your god rebuilt the trenches. You said he added such quality depth by getting traore and with the super bowl assistant cregg the line would be a strength. Good call buddy

Why would he? He was either cleaning house or those people didn't buy in.

LSU is playing much better than anyone predicted yet instead of happy about it you harp on the team's weaknesses which are going to be addressed partially with this recruiting class and some pick ups through juco.

People like you that have hated the coach from the beginning saw your chance after the bama game and came out of the woodwork. Hopefully when LSU wins out most of you will crawl back under your rocks.

Everybody's putting so much stock in Kardell coming, and hopefully he'll be great. Meanwhile, Bama signs 4-5 Kardells in every class. One guy isn't going to make the difference.

In 2O12 LSU lost Chris Faulk for the season. Alex Hurst quit the team and LSU had to start two freshman on the line. Also, Lonergan was in and out of games all season, he was dealing with back spasms.

No excuses we're made for Les Miles and the oline actually improved. This is while the Oline coach was the interim OC due to Krags getting Parkinson's.

you left out losing Williford vs UF, when his career essentially ended. the 2012 OL midseason "fix" is still one of the great coaching jobs I've seen, be that Les, Stud or (more than likely) a combo of both.

You could have just stopped there, ben.

It’s all anything you say ever amounts to anyway

And for the record, I’ve been label a “hater” all along. I haven’t hidden my concerns one bit.

Enjoying wins doesn’t mean you can’t also still have reservations about the long term direction of the program.

I'm am tired of the excuses from the O lovers.

Les didn't sit there and lie, he didn't throw players under the bus. He went out there and tried to win games, and with a lil luck, he would have been to back to back national title games.

All of this fricking shite right here dg

Then I guess we have different opinions of a great qb.

Clearly, I suspect you’re mostly being a homer. Great as a certain connotation if Burrow is great, then what would be good or average? I really hate to see what you consider bad

Stats are situational. So it Joe actually. He's done a great job of making the big plays when it counted minus florida.

They track situational stats but you are just making excuses. Ryan Fitzpatrick has made some big plays this year, is he great?

Converted a lot of big 3rd and 4th downs

LSU IS 84th in the country in 3rd down conversations. That’s bad

We 4th in 4th down conversations with 7-9 that’s a good bit less attempts that some other teams though. Army is#1 with 32 attempts

There are a couple of good 4 stars in the class too. The coaching staff will have to reach into juco for offense and defensive line.

Some of the guys that are playing or have played this season aren't going to make it at the position that they're playing now. Deculus is just too slow and his footwork is terrible. Traore isn't going to make it either.
If I'm not mistaken Cush is young and probably could've used more time to develop but it is what it is. I wasn't able to watch magee Saturday. Was he abused all game? If so the bama game probably wasn't the ideal game to bring him back.

Stop this shite. Nearly EVERYONE you are currently arguing with in this thread expected LSU to play pretty well this year in terms of overall record. The fact that the press missed so badly does not give you the right to then suggest EVERYONE thought they'd suck.

The funniest part about this, is much of this is a result of none of you actually listening when we'd explain things to you. Despite time and time again explaining that we hoped the team would perform well, we were treated with calls that what we really wanted was failure. You guys have talked yourselves into believing that everyone here thought the wheels would fly off.

The truth of the matter is that those pimping for Orgeron continued to downplay the possibility of any success this year so that if they didn't tank they could point to any success as some grand improvement.

Show of hands fellow Negatigers...what were you season predictions?

I had them at 9-3, with losses to AU, UGA and BAMA.

That was the rare occurrence we had 3 legit nfl lineman. In fact Lael & Trai were prob the best OL Miles ever recruited & Vadal Alexander was pretty damn good too.

The year before we had zero nfl lineman & we scored 6 points in 2 games against Alabama & didn’t cross the 50 in the 2nd contest.

I can honestly say that I can't imagine saying the above to someone. I have terminal cancer and you know it. Do you really think that what you just posted is ok? Oh sure you'll come up with some excuse but everyone will know that you are pure subhuman garbage.

Revisionist much. Most of the people who chose 10 and 2 were making a joke out of it. Most claimed 7 and 5 or even 6 and 6.

Expected LSU to play well.

Picks them to lose 2 games they actually won.

Tries to pass opinion off as reasonable
