GOAT thread. Haven’t seen a lot of these, I was born in ‘94. Thank you for the older pics

I was born in the 90s as well, so same for me. The majority came from LSU, Louisiana Digital Library, and Getty Images if you're interested.

Thank you so much for this epic post. I entered LSU at the age of 17 and left at 21( 9 semesters), a long time ago. The photograph of the student sitting on the upper balcony of Atkinson Hall looking out to the quad brought back a very special memory. There was a large class room on that level where the Civil Engineering majors would get together in the evenings to prepare for upcoming exams. To relieve the tension and take a break from studying we would make paper airplanes from large sheets of paper then go to that balcony and compete to see who could throw for the longest distance into the quad. Silly fun, I guess. Of course many other memories were dredged up throughout your post. Thanks again.

Your LSU Nostalgia Thread should morph into its own Board covering all athletics and topics.

So you want to wear a wool suit and hat to a 97degree day game?

Any idea what the things hanging around the necks of some players in the 1897 - 1900 photos?

The amount of talent on that USC team was unreal. 4 NFL Hall of Famers and 11 total drafted. I was on 9 years old at the time but can remember it like it was yesterday.
