I agree to have on same day but why overlap times?
Baseball start at 12. Spring game at 1.

Some people aren't that interested in baseball. You'll have people way more excited to go watch a football game than a baseball game, and vice versa. Having a lot of people on campus is a great thing. Businesses around will be excited also. Bars will be full, restaurants will be full, souvenirs will be bought.
