I still think darren Evans will make a roster if he doesn't get drafted in the 7th round.

It's the truth. The players weren't ready to go at the beginning of the season.
That falls under the head coach. The strength coach also deserves some blame.
He gets the most time with the players besides the head coach.

The big surprise for me was Davis-Price, drafted before Robinson of Alabama, and White of Georgia.
I suppose his lack of production was a lack of coaching in the OL.
