How much does an offensive analyst make at LSU?

Give the guy the benefit of the doubt. It's not like W&M is a hot bed for NFL talent.

I understand he’s not running anything. Still with limited analyst spots, and those numbers, does he fit the bill? Very well could just saying those numbers were bad. Maybe he’s a better analyst than an actual coach. Move was obviosuly done for Brady so hopefully it works out for everyone.

Hiring the best and brightest still I see.

He’s basically an assistant to joe Brady.

So, his lack of achievement doesn't matter?
This is our best possible hire as an O Analyst?
The term "opportunity cost" comes to mind...

We’ve had several analysts leave this offseason. The staff is not bigger

Terrible hire. There were better candidates in the mix. Heard Brady handpicked this guy and Ensminger barely had a say. Awesome.

We can’t hire 100 of them. They all have salaries. We have limited analysts spots. 5 gone 5 new ones in.

All the other LSU coaches get to hire their buddies. Joe is just being given the same privilege.

He’s an analyst. He’s not running the offense. He breaks down film of opponents defenses; self scouts and crunches numbers.

Right? I want to know what all these experts opinions were when tampa bay hired sean mcvay as their wr coach with all his massive amounts of zero experience.

Yikes.

Sounds like a potentially very bad hire.

We're doing this again? He's a fricking analyst. If he was an awesome, ready for the big time coach, he wouldn't be an analyst. They breakdown film and look for trends, etc. It's an entry level or transitional type position.

You're acting like he's hired as the new OC, lol.

He doesn't appear to be a very good OC! Why is this a good hire? Does hiring below average coaches add up to be equivalent to a good coach? Yikes!!!

I agree with you.
It’s like hiring a waterboy and people thinking hes the starting QB.

Here’s a recap of O’s initial press conference so we can give it a truth check.

JA says a “phenomenal” list of names

So we manage to find an OC lower ranked than ours and hire him to help us. Phenomenal my arse.
