There is an LSU football schedule visible in a storefront window in Easy Rider. Scene was filmed in Morgan City, I believe.

I still own the LSU baseball cap worn by Woody Harrelson In Indecent Proposal.

Adrian Lyne thought that Woody's receding hairline made him look too old for a flashback scene so he asked wardrobe for a hat to cover it. We were miles away from any hats, so Woody asked if he could just wear mine, and the rest is LSU cinematic history...

How's that for a CSB moment?

The cap is pretty much beat to shite now, but somehow I've never gotten around to getting rid of it.

Why would you ever think of getting rid of it? That's actually a cool story. Pretty sure he won a razzie for that role lol.

And didn't he say he played for LSU in WMCJ? So it would be fitting for him to sprt LSU gear in the role as well.

Even more LSU lore, the kid grew up to be a porn star IRL.

In the Big Easy Dennis Quaid's brother is wearing an LSU T-shirt....And in the 1980's TV sitcom, "Coach", whenever they showed film clips of the "Minnesota State Eagles" (whose colers were purple and gold) playing a game, they used film snips of LSU games.

WRONG! The used clips of the University of Minnesota games for the college scenes and Jax Jaguars for the pro section.

New Orleans has always been a popular setting for films and has had various productions in and around, throughout Hollywood history (an example would be the Louisiana setting of the James Bond film, "Live and Let Die". Roughly 1980 began a string of Louisiana productions, "The Toy", "Southern Comfort", "Steel Magnolias", "Everybody's All American", ("The Pelican Brief" AND "Runaway Jury", both based on Grisham novels), and currently the "True Blood" series, for television, not to mention our burgeoning reality show culture "Swamp People" and "Cajun Pawn Stars", are all examples of that.

I don't know anything about WMCJ. All I was referencing was how the LSU cap ended up appearing in Indecent Proposal.

We played basketball almost every day at lunch while filming IP, and Woody plays a very respectable game IRL.

Bruce Willis, on the other hand, while visiting his then wife Demi Moore, would occasionally play, and he, while being personable enough, has less than no game whatsoever.
