LSU is on a recruiting heater.

#1 baseball class
#1 womens bball class
top 5 mens bball (might be the most impressive considering where they are)
and hopefully a top football class.

Listen here baw, I'm still pissed at the lack of preparation for the Bama game and I don't want to hear amazing news like this right now.

Wait until after the regular season to bring this around here

Are people mad about his recruiting or are people mad about getting blown out by Texas A&M and Alabama and losing to a USC team that is currently 4-5?

Glad to see a strong secondary class including 2 4 star safeties

Looks like this class addresses some of the holes in the roster for sure

Not to split hairs, but it's because LSU has 27 commitments compared to 20-24 for the other top 5 classes. Once the other schools get over 25, LSU is likely to drop but should remain in top 5.

Recruiting class is great, no doubt, but 24/7 is the gold standard.

Also, i think we can celebrate this recruiting class while still acknowledging that they need immediate help from the portal and are still missing interior Dline.

In other words, this is a step in the right direction AND Kelly still needs to hit the portal hard. Maybe 5 or 6 people from this class contribute next year, his 4th year and many will leave. Its just the new era of CFB.

That's wrong.

I don’t have to respond and I won’t respond to you because I’m not an idiot that will be baited by a clown. I refuse to respond to your BS.

Here are some points to consider:
1. Brian Kelly was brought here to rebuild the program and make us a consistent championship contender.
2. Brian Kelly told us to judge him by year 3.
3. Legendary TD poster, Tiger Ryno, pointed out that we will likely finish 7-6 or 6-7. His predictions have been mostly true over the years.
4. Even if Kelly wins one or more national championships here, that doesn’t excuse what he did in the time leading up to it. We can celebrate a national championship and a coach firing in the same year.

I am in no way a Kelly apologist and I will admit the losses to A&M and Bama were very disappointing, but I am glad I don't have the mindset of a "fan" like you.

The type of "fan" that cheers for the downfall of their "favorite" team so they can be right.

I use 247 composite as my gold standard..... Always have... They are the most accurate in my book.

247 is not terrible, but they're not great.

All of the good 247 people went to On3.

The bigger problem with the 247 composite is that it takes a poor evaluated 247 grade and mixes it with awful Rivals and ESPN evaluations.

The 247 evaluation is a bad evaluation polluted with worse evaluations.

Recruiting is irrelevant with the transfer portal. Having the number 1 class used to mean you’d have a top 10 team within 3 years. Now 75% of that class is gone by their second year.

Unfortunately we aren’t getting better on the lines and that’s where our weakness has been this decade. Skill guys are great and get more star recognition but a RB isn’t doing much with a weak OL. We will hear how great they are all offseason but in the fall it never proves true.

Every QB on our roster will be in the portal the minute Underwood shows he can do it. Which is great if he stays healthy but that room will be slim very soon.
