So the half of a season Dabo was and OC made him a great coach, I get it now. Those 8 games made him the awesome coach he is now. Why didn't you say that. 8 games. That's is what makes the difference. Man you are smart. So you talk shite saying they weren't coordinators, but then say "most" head coaches were coordinators. Which is it? No hate for A&M but their contract with Jimbo is simply insanity and to be honest I hope they do not rise to the top and keep the same type of record they had with last coach.

Name one other coach --- besides Dabo -- that went from position coach to head coach, and excelled. It's the exception, rather than the rule, was my point.
