he just told me he's meeting with the police in a couple of hours to give his side and deciding whether he can press charges without getting into trouble with the marines.

That's what the kid who go owned by Patti Labelle's posse thought too. This kid may not be able to win for losing.

I thought they took it down earlier this week.

They did. But it was back up once it was clear Darron Thomas wouldn't be suspended.

People did not treat Marcus Randall this way and he was statiscally worse as a QB, IMO.

woah, woah, slow down. Randall could throw for more than 75 yards a game.

In some cases a victim will be non-compliant so a DA has to no file the case because they can't prove it. In this scenario the fight happened in a bar and even if the victim(s) didn't want to testify, video survellience, admissions by those involved, and witness accounts can still make the case for the DA.

Many people do this..........this is not the same scenario. You chose a different route of transportation to get to the same place.

Refusing medical attention is different than refusing to ride in an ambulance.

I find it funny that, now that you've been called out as clearly clueless by many people (some of whom make more than you), you are now backtracking like a good little crawfish.

To REMIND YOU, here's what you said back on Page 11:
quote:

As a medical professional, if you aren't taking a ride in the ambulance at the scene; then your injuries aren't warranted to be seen in an ER. I worked ER for 5 years.........Acadian isn't gonna let you walk if you have any signs of head injury.

Be real here dude.
now, do yourself a favor and stop posting.

Oh really? I thought Oregon had jumped down to the gulf.

The legal process is still the same way across the states. Go look up any of your CRIMINAL trials that are going right now and see who the petitioning party is. It is the state of La. Victims do not get to decide if charges are pressed or not.
