Mine would look exactly like Tyrann's, maybe Jones over Cannon, but it's hard to to argue with a Heisman and a Ring.

Dorsey >>> Mathieu
+3 Heisman winners

3 Heisman winners then pick one out of a hat from Casanova, Stovall or Charles Alexander

The three Heisman winners and Casanova

Charlie Alexander is definitely difficult to leave off, but if I'm picking a Defensive Player it's Patrick Peterson, Cannon, Jones or Alexander are arguable. I'd take Peterson over Mathieu, Dorsey or Casanova.
Jerry Stovall is definitely difficult to leave off

Like most have said the top are Jayden Daniels , Joe Burrow, and Billy Cannon
4th spot out of these
-Tyran Mathieu
-Kevin Faulk
-Glenn Dorsey
-Tommy Casanova
I would go with Badger if not for his troubles he would have won the Heisman as primary Defense and totally changed the game to where he was a legit scorer on Defense and Special teams. I don’t think we have seen anyone like him . Kevin Faulk right behind.

Cannon
Stovall
Burrow
Daniels
That’s the real order if you’re using the Heisman as the measuring stick.
If you want to use how great of a football player they were:
Cannon
Casanova - best pure football player I’ve ever seen suit up at LSU. Just could dominate at every position.
Dorsey - all time dominating force on the defensive side of the ball.
Mathieu - Second best pure football player I’ve ever seen at LSU.
Stovall
Burrow
Daniels

3 Heisman winners + Dorsey

Jaden Daniels
Joe Burrow
Steve Rehage
Sammy Martin
The last two should be on the mountain because of their inherent talent, exemplary play, and the very fact they went above and beyond their natural ability each and every play.

I would probably put Honey Badger over PP but I won’t bat an eye at Pat being on there. Dude is a legit legend and he’s on of the people who have an argument to be on there. His junior year was nuts.

4th spot up for grabs. LOL (Faulk, Fournette,Campbell)
He always gets forgotten, but Tommy Cassanov deserves at least a mention in these threads.

With TM7 being booted off the team and not finishing his college career, he can't be listed for me. Peterson is fine. Dorsey would also be fine.
Maybe even Craig Steltz for his blue grass miracle catch.

This is the way. Faulk is the career leading rusher and all time TD leader outside of the QB position for LSU

From a purely football perspective Cannon, Stovall, Casanova, Burrow, Daniels, and Mathieu deserve consideration. Mathieu is the best football player I’ve seen since I started at LSU in 1979 and it is not that close. But he had issues which probably prevent him from being there. I’m fine with any of the others. Dorsey was great also.

Burrow, Faulk, PP7, and the Honey Badger. Game changers when LSU really needed them at the moment.
