The Texas game prices right now are as high as I've seen them in the last few years. Hoping they dip at some point so I can snag tickets.

You do realize "ridiculously outrageous" is exactly what lots of fans think about these prices and their current process.... also LSU is not selling all the tickets to the highest bidder as I suggested, which may be a better plan if the goal is to maximize money taken in.Posted on 7/23/26 at 1:26 pm to Scooba

The cost to go to games is just insane now. LSU has really done everything in their power to drive away fans, but for whatever reason tens of thousands of people shell out a fortune every year to be in Tiger Stadium for 3/4 of a game 7 or 8 times a year.

They don't print tickets at all anymore. They forced season ticket holders to go to digital tickets a couple of years ago.
It was only a matter of time before they took advantage of the ability to do dynamic pricing with digital tickets.

Now we get gouged through the ticket office itself. Man I’m a capitalist but college sports is really angering me. I stepped away for 4 years it got me so aggravated and of course it’s worse coming back now and I’m asking myself why even bother?

But not enough to not buy the tickets. Thats what you don't seem to get. If they couldn't sell the tickets at that price, they will lower the price. Just because you are butthurt about it and think you represent everybody else, you are wrong.....because people are buying the tickets.

OR.....they could be foolish to not buy them now, because the value might go up if both teams are undefeated.

They actually still do printed tickets if you request them for a fee. They also still have the cost of each ticket for each game on the individual ticket. I get printed tickets every year. Mine will be shipped in a couple weeks!
