Clemson fan should’ve ignored it, told the stadium staff. While the lsu fan was obnoxious, not sure how the response is choking him against the wall. The both never had repercussions on their mind. Big problem at sporting events.
Side note, I’ve been to a lot of road game.. keep your head down and cheer toward the field in your group and this rarely if ever happens.

He was being obnoxious, yes. But he wasn’t posing any real threat to the Clemson fan. Clemson fan put his hands on his throat. Clemson fan lost the high ground and is more in the wrong and deserves to charged for battery. Just because someone is stupid doesn’t give you the right to attack them.

Not saying you should be giving the double bird like this guy but what’s the fun in going if you can’t act a fool on the road after a big win

Most LSU fans if they're dogging it's lighthearted stuff. I'd say the majority of fanbases everywhere I've experienced in the SEC are great to interact with. You always have a few bad apples that taint and give a generalized picture that's never accurate.

I wasn’t at the Joe Burrow championship game, but I was at the Peach Bowl back in 2012 and saw a whole lot of this behavior from their side after they won. Never seen so many fights in my life.

I didn’t shite-talk then or ever. FYI, I’m 63 and if the kid did that to a random fan who was minding his business, then I’m totally on board with the Clemson guy manhandling him (not to the point of serious injury). However, if the Clemson guy was talking shite the whole time, as one supposed witness has posted, then the kid was right to give it back to him but wrong not to be prepared for the consequences.

I wish the Clemson fan’s reaction was the norm today. It used to be when I was growing up, and people were much less likely to pull garbage like that when there was a very real possibility of you getting an arse whipping as a result,.
