Tampax Bowl
How many strings would we have to pull to get invited to that bowl game?

Going against Aranda would grab headlines too.

Unless you're in the playoffs, bowls mean nothing. Attendance will be way down this year! Who wants to travel to see an 8-4 team going nowhere?

We may play Baylor, but in Memphis not Houston. The Texas Bowl is jonesing for the Aggies, vs an old SWC team-- Texas Tech or TCU likely

Agree, unless its a travel destination anyway.

Selfishly I want LSU to play Meechegan in the Citrus Bowl.

If they want to move the needle they’ll put LSU vs Colorado in Houston. That might be a damn sell out game.
All of the HBCU Deion Colorado fans will show out in droves. LSU will always bring a crowd to Houston but even more so if it’s vs Colorado.
Reality is that it’ll be LSU vs Baylor or TCU in Houston then Colorado will play vs someone random in the Alamo Bowl

Tamu was in the Texas bowl last season. They don’t like putting the same team in back to back.

Exactly why Houston makes the most sense. It’s the largest LSU support base outside of Louisiana by a wide margin. Many of the people who would attend would be local. Same reason A&M made sense last season. They don’t care about selling hotels. They care about filling seats.

I keep seeing Baylor vs LSU in the Liberty
Also LSU vs Nebraska or Michigan in the Music City. My gut feeling is we'll play a Big Ten team somewhere in a bowl-- it's become traditional

He got hurt he’s out 4-6 weeks, if he’s planning on the NFL next year, no way he’s going to play in the Texas Bowl.

Will we EVER get Meechigan?

CU is #122 in sacks allowed. Weeks and Co. would have Deon crying over his son's bruises.

Illinois is going to the Citrus. According to the rule Michigan can't jump them because the Illini have 2 more wins than the Wolverines. Michigan will be in Reliaquest. Minnesota, Iowa, & Nebraska will be scattered over the Duke's Mayo, Music City, & Pinstripe

Aggy likely will be chosen to play a Big XII opponent.
I'm convinced LSU will face off against Big Ten, but which one, and where? Is Washington in the mix of possible opponents?
