Or are you just talking out of your arse?

Saban to Bama seems to have worked out despite all the negative press that got.

Maybe I'm thinking of someone else? Excuse me.

People don't pay attention to this shite for very long. Saban was called a liar for a year and then he started winning and they all kiss his arse. LSU just needs to hope it all works out or they will really catch hell.

yall kiss and make up. But if Jimbo does come your way it is he leaving FSU that will make the media go ape chit.

Alleva hasn't done anything but say it'll be evaluated at the end of the season. What's he supposed to say "we are behind Miles 100% and he won't be fired" or "yeah sure, we canning his @ss after the A&M game". Either way he's stuck
He didn't start the rumor mill and didn't inflame it. No win situation for him and if that can't be seen I can't help your gray matter any.
I think they should have axed him after the Ole Miss game, if not a long time ago, but letting him finish the season does show a little bit of appreciation. Time for Miles to go. Do it and move on.

Exactly. These are the same idiots that were blasting him after 1/9.

No, not even close to this level

Not according to those publishing said rumors....

It's ugly any way it could have been played. Truth is he hasn't lived up to his paycheck or the highest paid staff in the nations paycheck to the people that pay him. I hate to see anyone loose thier job regardless of weather it's warranted or not. And he's a good dude. Media needs something to write about and this is how it is when you are in the public eye. 15 mllion to go home makes it go down pretty easy for the Miles family.

Les is at fault as well. He could comment that his focus is on the next game and will address the rumors at the end of the season.
What??? That is almost exactly what he has said every single time it's brought up. Pay attention

Screw the media. Same ones hacking Miles for poor QB development, poor clock management, losing with so much talent, and so on and on and on. Now they want to pile up and defend him. Bastards flow with the breeze more than anyone.

Bama took a huge hit when they fired Mike Shula, the favorite son so to speak. That did not last long. This too shall pass.
Seriously? Mike Shula was a terrible coach. Not even in the top-10 of Alabama football coaches. Les Miles is top-5 nationally and the most successful coach in LSU's history.
Les will have a bunch of high-profile offers as soon as he's fired. I doubt Shula was ever offered another head coaching position. He was a good guy, and one of the only people willing to take the job after what the program had been through, but comparing him or the situation around his firing to Les is ridiculous.

Why didn't the media bash Miami when they dumped Coker? He brought them a national championship and had 5 consecutive years where he had 3 losses or less.
Because the media wasn't what it is today, and no one ever thought Coker was anywhere near the coach that Miles is.

Penn State's "brand" took a beating for a lot worse and they seem to have recovered. Don't forget IF in fact Miles is fired. He gets 15 million. How can anyone really feel sorry for him, plus he is still very marketable, unlike Mack Brown or Houston Nutt.

Our image took a big hit every time we put an offensive product on the field that statistically was near the bottom in the nation. And the coaching salary that produced it was at the top

Tells you all you need to know about the worth of that article. Hardly anybody across America actually believes that.
