Seriously, you think all he had to do was meet to get this job back? That's like saying he could have went to the meeting and confessed to all and had his job back.
Dumb.
Dumb.

Louisiana Government Officials lying to CYA . I’m shocked. Shocked I say.

Wrong. The Search said he was suspended for not meeting with administration.

Maybe the meeting isn’t over, and there is another session.

Boy, did you catch a case of the stupids?

Going after specific AD with LSU roots.
Woodward is from BR, but I don't think he ever worked at LSU.
Maybe Herb Vincent.
Either Rad or Wood would be a great choice, but I don't believe either will be hired because I don't believe Peas Aramarkalleva is going anywhere.
Miracles of miracles, please let it happen though...…..

The LSU/NCAA investigators need a few days to check out what Wade told them. If it does check out, then he'll be reinstated. That was always how it was going to work.
My goodness ...
My goodness ...

You do understand how an administrative investigation tied to employment works, right? I mean, tell me you're not as mentally retarded as you look right now.
If your employer says they want to ask you questions about a potential administrative issue, and you refuse to meet, you're suspended (and should be terminated). The reason is because they require your statement on an allegation to make a determination on whether or not you will face subsequent employment action.
The fact that you show up later and give a statement doesn't overlook the second part of that, giving you immunity from the underlying investigation just because you met.
Sometimes I wonder....

I honestly believe there are individuals on the BOS or people in control or have a lot of influence on this situation that have intentionally and meaningfully sabotaged this program and do not want this program to be successful in the slightest.

Oh so they were waiting on WW to tell them something to get the facts in the case? Basically waiting and doing nothing this entire suspension. Now they can really focus on the case because they have a statement lol.

As with his tenure in External Affairs at Washington, Woodward helped lead LSU to unprecedented economic growth, paving the way for the University’s move from a Tier II to Tier I research institution. At LSU, Woodward also served as the Chancellor’s representative to the athletics department. During his time with the Tigers, the institution’s intercollegiate athletic teams won 10 NCAA championships, including one in football in 2003.

From what the LSU admin was saying all Will Wade had to do was meet with them and he would have his job back.
If your premise is wrong....your conclusions will likely be wrong.

So what the frick is the issue now?
LSU now has to verify WW's explanation. Hopefully you are experienced enough to realize that.
LSU did not handle this well...neither did WW. But there is no master plan to fire a coach that brings more revenue, more excitement and more butts in the seats by an AD that everyone agrees is all about the money.

It was insinuated with Allevas statement and the email from King saying to suspend him. We all knew that wasn’t the case but still that’s what they made it seem like.
