I don’t normally post and I’m supportive of LSU sports, but this is all on PM. Period. I played college baseball. His decisions are mind boggling to me.
If you’re up 9-1, on the road, needing a sweep given the current momentum, you do NOT leave a freshman for 73 or so pitches when you KNOW he’s struggling. I don’t care if it takes another 6 pitchers to mix it up per batter and screw their rhythm up. That’s what you do. The mid week doesn’t matter at that point. It’s the #10 team in the country.
He makes millions to make these decisions. My 10 year old looked at me and said “why is he still in there dada?” (He plays and even his coach manages aggressively). I don’t get where his head is these days.
