Oh did the announcer say something dumb about Hilliard’s breaking pitch?
This might be a hot take, but for a guy that didn’t expect to be a weekend starter I think Hilliard has done above and beyond what anyone could have expected for a Sunday starter this year

Shows how little prep this guy has done. He just showed up to the park and asked for a roster.
Hilliard is a senior who has been pitching well in SEC games since his freshman year. The kid has made a career by making hitters swing and miss at his curveball.
