good teams find a way to win when not playing their best. This was our worst shooting game of the season. Plenty of open looks that weren't falling. We'll be fine. There's many teams around the country that blow early season games to inferior teams. It happens when new teams are trying to gel.

Agree with that but it was beneficial for the team to be put in that situation since they haven’t really been challenged so far. A game like that can go a long ways in building confidence when they have other games like that moving forward. Don’t think we’ll shoot 26% in a half again. Most teams would have gotten blown out doing that. But we kept up the defense and DJ took over the end of the game. The OT play is more in line with this team than most of the second half.

Almost broke TV when dumbass fouled the 3 point shooter
It's a big pet peeve of mine that refs consistently call this foul when the 3-point shooter clearly flops.
I'd hit the shooter with a technical foul for flopping and it would stop all that nonsense.

It was definitely a foul. You can’t get under the shooters landing area.

I think it was a terrible call. I didn't see any contact. Thomas landed to the side of the shooter. The shooter landed about a foot from his jumping point, and landed on his feet, and Thomas was clear of the landing spot. It was a flop, but we flopped a couple of times too. The refs were calling phantom fouls.

Pretty crazy stat.
After pretty much shooting 4% for that 12 minute stretch in the second half LSU did not miss a single shot in OT,
3/3 FGs
10/10 Free throws.
