ETA. Nevermind. SEC only places the 6 “contract bowl” spots. So yes we will get screwed by playing in the sec champ game. Makes no sense

USC has beaten only 3 winning teams with two of those being a 5-4 Rice and a 5-4 Fresno St. team. Their best win is an unranked 6-3 Oregon State. They lost to the only ranked team they played.

Don’t you remember when LSU finished second or third in the West ahead of TAMU and they gave them the better bowl because they were ranked ahead and had Manziel.

FWIW, USC had a 58-vote lead over LSU last week and now that lead is down to only 15 votes. I don't believe they will escape their next 3 games without at least one loss. We just have to keep winning, everything else will take care of itself.
