that's why you don't implement something like this right before the SECT before the umps or the players have been able to become accustomed to the system. Same thing with introducing the green bag for the first time in the SECT before anyone had a change to get used to it. They just play one way all season and then make a pretty significant change in 3 days. It's not fair to the players or the umpires. You can't just enlarge the K zone and expect everyone to get used to it in a few days
