Sounds like he took it personal...
At least he didn’t take it to personnel!!

I've called for guys to be pulled who've proved me wrong the next inning.
A velo drop is a big tell. The line up turning over a 3rd or 4th time. Getting squared up when contact was weak before.
It's inexact.

It is definitely early, you're right. Truthfully, he'll have some valley's, I'm sure. But he seems to have excellent eye hand coordination, like Duplantis had from day one, but with more extra base power. So, I think he's the type than can survive the lumps, and by postseason time, he'll hopefully be in full gear. So far, he's shown little rust, which is a great sign.
I had heard good things about Dugas from some bayou folks. I like what I’ve seen too. Hopefully he’s a solid second base and a productive bat.

That dude is a classic drop in to take a shite poster.
It's really easy to say we suck. LSU football fans are the worst.

Quit making excuses for our guys. It’s easier to bunt than get a base hit.
I’m not making excuses and yes it is easier than getting a base hit but that doesn’t make it easy.
There is just a type of player who has success bunting and those guys tend to be contact bats with good eyes who don’t strikeout much.
Reid can bunt, Broussard can bunt, Dups can usually bunt.
Watson and Cabrera can’t. Why? Because they’re not great at just making contact.
If you strikeout a lot you generally aren’t able to bunt well.
Mathis strikesout a lot.

I’ve always felt PM had a tougher time having guys ready in the pen at the correct time rather than actually pulling the pitcher at the right time. Not a huge difference but...

Not sure if it’s been noted but Hughes in at 2B for Dugas

I definitely agree with that. It's been a Dunn thing, it wasn't that way before he got here. But it's done with good intentions. They don't want to get a guy hot and not use him, or have a guy get hot on Friday and Saturday and finally go in Sunday and not be effective. It's also to protect their arms.

Coach AD is the worst pitch caller.
There I've said it.

Question
What if they are up in the pen stretching & maybe tossing g, not actually throwing?
Does that “get them hot”?
Curious to know what that point is to not cause potential harm but have someone ready if things go downhill fast
