Serious question, at what point do you bench Thompson. You have someone that is keeping your team from winning games and the only thing the head coach says is “he’s going to have to work through it”

I just don’t understand the reasoning for letting Thompson bat there and keeping him in the game.
Beloso is clearly able to hit and Merrifield can’t possibly do worse in the field. It was sever up on a platter for CJJ there.

We aren’t Aggressive enough on the base pads either right now. Should’ve been 1st and 3rd before the walk after the booted ball. Arkansas was aggressive and that’s why they have 5 on a 2 run infield single.
