The legendary Bill Franques just said he was stuck in standstill traffic for three (3) hours this afternoon on I-10 due to a crash involving five (5) 18-wheelers on his way to the ballpark.
Asked how he passed the time, Bill said he "looked at some things on his phone" and then proceeded to list a few other things.

This is the first LSU baseball game that I’ve turned off or left early for in 2 seasons. Hoping we get our shite together and know how to play baseball on Friday! Night fellas. Thanks Cheer and JML

Before Jacksonville the whole lineup was protecting the plate, taking pitches outside the zone, and swinging at strikes. Now we swing at pitches at chin level and just leave the bats on our shoulder when they’re piped down the middle.

I saw him pitch in HS. Unhittable. Just a low ceiling on righties who top out at 90 these days unfortunately.
