I’d like to see Mainieri let Smith open up our offense like that. He seems to be calling lots of plays where our guys hit the ball at their fielders. I get it I mean you wanna force them to make a play but maybe call more plays where we hit the ball to open space?

Thank god this isn’t our everyday lineup. Good lord, I’ve seen high school teams play better than this. They don’t know what they’re doing on a bunt???
