I'd shift to a version of the old west coast offense the 49er's ran. Short throws to your backs, medium drag routes to your TE, etc. If he has an accuracy issue, you have to shorten the throws. And that offense doesn't depend solely on much on him working through progressions. You have to keep the ball longer.
