The .370 is because people didn't want to have to pitch to Dugas, Beloso, Jobert, etc with runners on base. He has Jones but he's so all or nothing people haven't been scared of him.
The 100 RBI is because Tommy went to the plate with Crews on 2nd or 3rd base like 78 times last year.
