You intentionally stopped
The truck "steps on his brakes first so it siows down. But then he does it again and this time it's really hard."

So the other car was already getting over (Lacy) which we easily know from the video and instamps. The “I either run into him” is the truck driver
It should not be arguable at the time the woman is swerving she is avoiding the truck

wouldn't take much if the gold truck did a brake and slight jerk to shoulder side of lane. Its not unreasonable to gather she caught a momentary glimpse of the charger ahead. That is the truth despite any other narrative wanting to find justice for lacy....

The back and forth continues, but this really shows how stupid and reckless Lacy was driving. That's incredibly dangerous.

I drive that stretch every day. If there was a neon green Charger coming southbound from that curve by the church, everyone would have easily saw him. She may not have realized he was in the southbound lane until the shite storm started.
I'm not sure why this is relevant though.
We went from "Lacy is exonerated" and "LSP is racist", to "Lacy is guilty, but we need to give the old white lady a ticket too!" This is all so dumb.

For the record she did get a ticket, at first it was a following too close then it was amended to driving left of center

I think I'm done trying to figure out who is at fault with this. I still think Lacy was driving recklessly, but this sounds very possible.

Its pretty simple. Go to the video in the OP and look at the accident diagram. Freeze there. When the gold truck and Lacy see each other head-on at about 150 ft and closing quickly, they each react. Lacy slams on the brakes (you can hear it in the video) and whips back into the southbound lane. Simultaneously, the gold truck also hits the brakes and veers right - except there was no shoulder or driveway for him to escape to. He's still half on the northbound lane at this point and half off in the dirt (you can see the dust kick up from his truck in the video). This leaves a narrow path on the left side of the northbound lane for funyuns to clear, Funyuns sees this and immediately veers slightly left to avoid rear ending the gold truck. Just as the gold truck finds the first driveway (carwash north), he bails off as Funyuns collides with the Kia in the southbound lane. Funyuns either over steers, loses control, or misjudges the spacing between southbound traffic and the gold truck and hits the front left quarter panel of the victim.

It's amazing to me that adults can't wrap their heads around the fact that more than one person can be at fault.
