I’m confident the d line can win vs bama line, trust benefited vs bama’s tight ends, trust dj Pickett to shut down Ryan Williams. However, bama has dynamic twitchy slot in brooks. He’s a terrible matchup for tamarcus Cooley.

Hopefully we mimic the gameplan we had vs Anthony Evans and slide pj woodland inside to cover him and put ja’keem Jackson on the outside opposite of Pickett.

Our guys are gonna be in the backfield so often it won't matter. Bama is almost dead last in giving up sacks. LSU is second in the nation at sacking the QB. Something's gotta give, and it ain't gonna be Deuce Geralds and Princewill Umanmielen.

The refs allowing their ol to hold our edges without calling flags will determine the outcome of the game.

When LSU wears White jerseys, and the bama OL wear white gloves, the holding calls drop considerably.

Thought it was standard for SEC refs to refuse to flag holding calls on bama Oline.

You get all your info from Ruffino's show or does he get all his info from you?

The best secondary they’ve played was Georgia. Keelon threw for 185 and the receivers combined for less than 120 of that with Ryan Williams playing.

I think we’ve got the better pass rush compared to Georgia and a secondary on their level. Bama’s passing game doesn’t scare me without a healthy Ryan Williams and he won’t be 100% if he does play. Gameplan should be similar to Auburn in that it’ll be rush 4 and keep Russell contained in the pocket because he’s dangerous once he gets moving

I bet you're going to see a similar plan vs Bama as we implemented against State where we play a lot of zone early and then dial up man on 3rd down to get after Russell. Ever since the Ole Miss game thats really been our style. Seems we are very adamant to eliminate the big play on early downs and stop the run while giving up some yards on easy access throws. Then get to 3rd down or redzone and dial up more man.
