We had Kubiak in the building and let him leave. Loomis could be fired for a lot of things but letting Rizzi coach the team over Kubiak is his biggest failure if you ask me

Why Rizzi???? He will never be a head coach in the NFL. Everyone in the league knew that Kubiak was a future head coach. Why not at least see what he could do for the remainder of that season?????
