I didn't say he lacked production there, I just said he has hotdogged it there (people there don't think his injuries were all that he made it out to be) and hasn't projected the best image to the people while there, and the Jacksonville people have had the utmost respect for him coming from LSU with what he did there. But I think he tried to turn his image around though last season.

I see Saints fans downvoting because people don't want LF. Payton wouldn't run him so it's not like it matters.

I’d rather take Clyde in the draft than LF.

Every day of the week.
Fournette and Simmons are both equally shitty teammates IMO. Worst to come through LSU. Talented, but got bit by the Jamarcus bug in high school and never shook it.

He was in college for 3 years. LSU fans eat their own and constantly make shite up a long the way.

Boy, I’m glad you are helping Payton out with which offensive players he should put on the field.

If anyone in this thread legitimately thinks the Saints would be worse off by signing LF, you’re outing yourself as a full fledged idiot. With that said, I’d rather the Saints draft Clyde, but LF would not be a bad option. Dude has had to put up with shite production at QB his entire time in Jax. Would wreck shop in NO.

I love what he was to LSU and who he seemed to be as a person then, but his support of the kneeling crap showed me his true colors and lost me forever as a fan going forward.

Later Fournette..sorry your friends are all moving on. Sit there in the stillness and meditate on positive things for a while.

Physical gifts in abundance.
Not a student of the game.

Lacks intangibles because he not forced to develop them due to extraordinary physical gifts.

Needs to be more humble, go to work on getting better

Im a Saints fan and love former LSU guys to play for the black and gold but I don't think he would get enough touches for his style to fit our current scheme. I think he could thrive in a Houston style offense.

Yeah well hopefully his first 3 years have been humbling for him. His attitude off the field and staying healthy plus on field performance has been less than stellar.

That said I’d love for him to be a Saint so I don’t know what some of you idiots are trying to prove saying you wouldn’t want him.

I would love to have Fournette, Julio Jones, JJ Watt, and a ton of other players on the Saints.

I think any discussion of a player who we want for the Saints is meaningless without a discussion of impact on salary cap.

My view of Fournette is that he is plenty good enough to demand a very high salary. Kamara will too. Kamara is probably a better fit for what the Saints do and there is no way the Saints could afford both of them, so its a moot conversation.

But of course I would want Fournette on the Saints. Just not at the price he would probably demand.

You may be right about people defending LSU players on here but this is a pretty awful example. Fournette is a really good talent and anyone who pays attention knows this.
