I liked what I saw last night. Personnel was a mixed bag at the time, but Curry seemed to have the potential of being lightning in a bottle. Great turn-of-foot. That is all...

I’m extremely excited about the future at the offensive skill positions in this new offense.

They are going to feast

It was certainly a bone tossed to him to try to keep him from transferring.

If (big IF), CEH declares and CC transfers, then that leaves us with TDP, Emery, and potentially Evans. Super talent, but short on needed depth at a tough position.

I liked it too but I think they're getting some carries on tape to help him transfer and prosper.

He runs hard, but his pad level is high. That’s why DP passé him up. The ability to get vertical and get three more with pad level.

To me it just didn't look like he had the top speed for SEC, needs to be running North\South to be effective, did look very strong though

If he can get his WR skills practiced up he'll see plenty of action next year.

He's gonna have to drill it to death in the offseason, including route running/reads. But doable.

If RB can't 'play WR' in this offense the roll will be limited. You have to line up outside, run crossing routes from bunch/tight formations, etc. in this offense. Things a RB usually doesn't do except on trick plays in other offenses.

anyone know why he got in the game before Emery? I thought we weren't even gonna see Emery at all but then he got in late, did he have some of the field problems or something?

You didn’t see shite last night. Christ on a crutch, all most fans see is yards. Curry had 4 rushes last night. One went for 11 yards through a hole my grandma could have run through if she wasn’t deceased. Nothing impressive at all. The other three runs netted 4 yards. None of them showed anything.

Curry is all right, but he is not special. He showed zero last night. Absolutely nothing. If there is a hole he can run through it. So can every starting high school back. Curry is good depth. Hopefully he can be convinced to stick around and backup the rotation backs next season.

No sir. Spencer Ware, while slow, was a superior athlete. He had Leonard Fournette power.

Cause Emory isn’t very good whether you like it or not.

I am sure he will be talking very closely with the coaches on his options after the season. But with Clyde almost certainly leaving early, his decision becomes very important moving forward- if Curry is going to leave, do we try and go after two rb's in this class?

He doesn’t have Spencer Ware’s feet. No way no how.

Watch his second or third run last night. Curry tries to cut back and he has to take like 4 steps to slow down & cut. He is exactly what he is because of that; a RB3/RB4 on a good SEC. He could play very well as a feature back at a lesser school.

He did OK. He missed his cut back lane on 2 of his runs. Attempted to go outside instead of hitting the crease. That cost him at leas 5 yards on each run.
