My second son graduated from UT in '19. I enjoy giving him some good-natured grief about the state of "football" at that college in Austin. Would that the rest of Long Horn nation were as affable as you.

Respectful fans of opponents always welcome.
2019 game was my 1sr trip to DKR. From Gameday to the electric game atmosphere, to 6th Street postgame to 3 AM, great experience all around.
Whatever the LSU/UT FB rivalry may lack, the annual baseball series will more than make up for.

I moved to Texas from Louisiana in 1999. Texas Longhorns are easily the most arrogant fan base. They weren’t so quiet pre 2005, but since then they’ve been humbled enough to stay somewhat silent. A large portion of those fans disguised themselves as TCU / Baylor fans until “We’re Baaack” happened.

No, that is not possible. Nor is it necessary. Texas has passionate fans, but they are at least respectful. Not to mention they have a championship since the turn of the century. Aggot has not won anything, yet they parade themselves as if they are perennial giants. Also, I can guarantee you Texas will not make cups and have a painting in their main office of a game with lsu. Only aggot is that weird. It’s why everyone in the big 12 hated them.
