You must be incredibly stupid to ask such a question. But I will help you understand anyway. Livvy is paid for being an internet influencer. She was doing this before NIL became a thing for free. She literally was the NCAA poster child for NIL because she was restricted rom compensation before the rule was released.
None of her deals are contingent on being an LSU athlete. In fact LSU is exploiting her arse for the publicity as much as anybody. But make no mistake she was recruited as a nationally ranked athlete and committed to LSU in the 8th grade and was a medal winning member of the USA Junior Gymnastics team.
Currently, others have passed her on the team for competition spots but not by much as she was used as a sub a few times meaning she as prepared. This was on a NC team…

I mean, it's not JUST her arse. But you're right. Her "commodity" is her physical appearance. She's a beautiful young woman. But in a country of millions of young women, and a world of hundreds of millions more, there are a LOT of attractive young women. However, there are very few of those who are also gymnast/college athletes....which is her biggest differentiating factor as opposed to (I'm sure) another young woman in the quad who is just as hot with maybe even a better arse.
THAT is why it is a smart business move for her to return to LSU. She's not going to become a pro gymnast. This is the end of the line for that. Luckily for her she has already built up a ton of goodwill/notoriety that her no longer being a gymnast after this year won't hurt her marketability/demand too much. But if you can enjoy one more year of that differentiating factor amongst a sea of thousands of wannabe "influencers" and still have fun doing a sport you enjoy, why wouldn't you?
