The hearing inside the 19th Judicial District Court is still actively underway. Both sides have entered their arguments, and the courtroom remains highly tense as a final decision from Judge William Jorden is eagerly awaited

The sec says these players shouldn’t be in the lawsuit because they don’t have interest from sec schools… after they threatened every sec school with a coach suspension if anyone picks them up.

Exactly. Should the SEC also exclude the women's soccer players since they are SEC, but not a part of the BS rule they made?
Again, the SEC's stupidity in the rule they made was that they explicitly applied it only to 3 sports and 3 leagues. That alone is discrimination and unequal application of rules. Either you are a professional, or you are not. Sport doesn't matter, especially if coming back to play in said sport.

According to Moscona, they vote behind closed doors and agree to show a united front afterwards. I seriously doubt it was 15-0 behind closed doors.

The case started as a TRO against the NCAA banning these players due to using up their “eligibility.” That’s why there are non SEC players there. This became an SEC issue when Sankey banned the players and laid out the penalties associated with playing them.
