Was swinging an Axe Handle bat for the first time all season the 2 games last weekend. I think he has a Hamate bone injury.

If thats a hamate, hard to believe he’d still be in the lineup, but agreed it must be something. He all of a sudden just started dropping in the lineup

Makes sense. Not good for his prospect of doing any real offensive damage this week. Likely gonna see more bunts.

I have an unhealthy obsession with players batting 200 and below. He can bunt, probably one of the best in college baseball. I'll give him that.

Honestly having Reaves in the batting lineup definitely helps. With Jones and Dickinson struggling taking out Braswell had to be done.

In the video of the players walking the field and Pearson asking Hernandez if there is an Omaha in Puerto Rico, Dickinson said he was feeling a homerun during the college world series and he was visualizing it hoping for it to come true. So, apparently, he isnt worried about any injury.
