To me you either have a passion for the Gameday experience, are willing to pay for it, and live with negatives, or you don't. But you can forget LSU being a big time program if they don't generate the revenue.

BS.

I should be able to show up and park anywhere I want for free 1hr to kickoff.

I should be able to get a five star meal for under $10.

There should be attendants to take care of my needs in every restroom.

I should be able to be in my car and get home in less than 30 minutes when the game is over.

I should be able to do the above at little to no cost to my wallet.

All of this while LSU makes damn sure it competes at the highest levels of CFB.

I enjoyed the game in comfort on my big screen TV. Don't miss those 4 season tickets one little bit. Between the administration continuing to charge for anything and everything and the Les Miles coma inducing offense, saving that several thousand a year was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

My exact experience. After 15 years of watching the game day, and in game, experience deteriorate, and get too expensive to justify, I did not renew my 4 tix, and will watch for free in my den. My memories of what LSU games once were to me and my family will have to suffice. The LSU admin is out of touch and WAY too greedy. They ruined an incredible tradition.

... and attracts top notch coordinators and pays them absurd head coach money to "keep them"

All while keeping ticket prices low, not adding to Tradition Fund fees, etc.

Don't we wish!!!

We got contra flowed down to river and for the first time forced to go right. Had to go all the way to Government to hit 10 to go back east. Inefficient route but made the drive back to Prairieville surprisingly faster

Traffic for me is glorious 45-50 min from stadium to home 20 miles away.

Difference is I figured out where to tailgate in reference to my exit route.

Loved in vetmed that u could pull up to that fence line and walk over to the rvs. I guess that is the new Vetmd rv now and will have to park further over.

While we're griping-
Other game score updates on the message banner is no more ... Sucks

On the bright side, piped in music between plays seems to be reduced some.

Tailgating has drastically decreased the past 5-6 years thanks to LSU policies. Charging for the Hayfield lot may be the final straw for many.

Started getting out of control with all that construction at CEBA about 5 years ago. And it gets worse every year. Sorry but game day experience is NOT the same as it was a decade ago. Too easy to watch at home and save the time, money and aggravation of traffic.

Not to mention the guy in front of me got a water at halftime and the woman working unscrewed his water cap and took the cap.

I would have gotten a unopened water or my money back.

Ole Miss has a much better in stadium experience compared to us. $8 bottomless soda. Reasonable food prices. Workers that actually give a shite.

I'm not sure I'll ever go to Tiger Stadium again after reading enough threads like this.

The tiger dog was still a menu item in the NEZ, they listed four "meals" to purchase: one was Manda sausage, one tiger dog, one was nachos and one was student special I think was a hamburger and popcorn

Tiger dog and sausage was on the menu in the south upper, but I didn't see any hamburgers. very limited menu and the service was horrible. I don't know who is getting kick backs from this new company that is supposed to be handling concessions but their is no way it was a improvement over past years.

the reason this pissed me off yesterday, is that I will continue to pay......

This is why LSU will continue to add more paid parking and raise the price every year. You want a change? If everyone just drew a line in the sand and stayed home for one game it would change. LSU is trying to find the breaking point of the fans and they will continue to do these things until they find that point. But it is a dangerous game to play.

B. I'd be ok with charging for parking if they'd keep the price reasonable for a 1/2 mile walk.. $20???

Try double that according to Apple Maps and Google Maps. LSU provides free parking in late September to LSU Football Fans that is over 1 mile away from Tiger Stadium.

Ridiculous.

ETA: Apple and Google calculate that as a 21 minute walk. One way. fricking 20 minute commute by foot. What a damn disgrace.
